New explosion leaves Austin on edge; police issue urgent warning to residents
Police in Austin, Texas are issuing a warning to residents after a fourth package bomb exploded, injuring two men Sunday night. Authorities say unlike the other explosions, which were detonated after the victims tried to pick up packages left at their homes, this one was left on the side of the road and possibly triggered by a trip wire. NBC’s Jay Gray reports for TODAY.
