New England bracing for blizzard, could see 1 foot of snow or more


New England is under a state of emergency with expected snow accumulation of 6 to 12 inches. Heavy, wet snow and strong winds have spurred the state to activate its emergency operations center and close schools. NBC’s Miguel Almaguer reports for TODAY from Worcester, Massachusetts.
