A passenger aboard a Southwest Airlines plane was killed Tuesday after an engine failure damaged the fuselage and forced an emergency landing in Philadelphia. NTSB investigators say debris shattered a window, depressurized the cabin, and partly sucked a woman out of the plane, who later died. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.April 18, 2018
