The normally bustling city of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, has been a virtual ghost town as residents heeded warnings to evacuate. Mayor Brenda Bethune joins TODAY to weigh in on how the area is preparing for Hurricane Florence: “The most important message about this storm (is) for people to leave town.”
