Motorcycle gang attack victim: ‘These guys need to go to jail’

Alex Quintana was attacked by more than a dozen bikers on a busy Northern California highway on Wednesday. The road rage incident was caught on camera. Quintana is now speaking out about what happened before and during the attack. NBC’s Steve Patterson reports for Sunday TODAY.March 12, 2017
