Missouri duck boat violated wind speed rules, Coast Guard says
The Coast Guard says the duck boat that sank on a Missouri lake last month was operating when the wind speed was more than 70 miles per hour, twice the allowable level. The accident killed 17 people. TODAY’s Hoda Kotb reports.
