Missouri duck boat captain indicted for deadly lake accident
A federal grand jury has indicted Kenneth Scott McKee, the captain of the tourist duck boat that sank in Branson, Missouri, in July, killing 17 people. Prosecutors said he failed to turn back to shore during a sudden storm and failed to tell passengers to put on their life vests.
