Military troops begin to descend on southern border
President Trump is using immigration and fears surrounding the migrant caravan heading toward the U.S.-Mexico border as one of his key talking points leading up to the midterms. U.S. military troops are beginning to fan out across southern Texas, though the caravan is still more than 700 miles away from the border. NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez reports for TODAY.
