Michael Phelps opens up about 5th Olympic try, stint in rehab
Swimmer Michael Phelps, the most decorated Olympian ever, is working to claim his spot on the U.S. swimming team ahead of the Rio 2016 games. If he qualifies, this will be his fifth time going to the Olympics.
