In the Netherlands, investigators looking into the downing of Malaysian airliner MH17 briefed family members about their findings. Relatives of the 298 people who were killed when the plane went down last year in eastern Ukraine were told that passengers died or lost consciousness as soon as the plane was hit by a Russian-made missile.
