Meet the 11-year-old fighting homelessness one bag at a time
At age 8, a girl named Addisyn Goss met her grandfather, a U.S. veteran who was homeless. Addisyn was so moved by the experience that she decided she wanted to help others without homes in her hometown near Flint, Michigan. Now 11, she has started a nonprofit, called Snuggle Sacks, which has expanded, delivering thousands of bags filled with helpful items.
