Maya Rudolph’s ‘SNL’ roots are still a big part of her life and career
Maya Rudolph spent seven seasons working in Studio 8H with NBC’s “Saturday Night Live,” and the connections she made during that time are still very much a part of her life. In this week’s Sunday Sitdown on the legendary stage where her career blossomed, she talks to Willie Geist about her road to becoming a member of the elite group of comedians and which impressions are were her favorite to perform on the show. Rudolph is also teaming back up with fellow “SNL” alum Fred Armisen for their latest project, the Amazon series “Forever.”
