Wednesday marks the second day for fans in Detroit to pay their respects to the late Aretha Franklin at the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History, where the “Queen of Soul” lies in state in a red dress and heels. While the public viewing inside is somber and respectful, outside is clearly a celebration for her life and legacy. NBC’s Ron Mott reports for TODAY.
