Actress and singer Mandy Moore tells TODAY’s Matt Lauer that she is proud to be one of the stars of the well-reviewed new drama “This Is Us,” in which she plays a new mom to three babies: “The writing is so elevated and nuanced,” she says. She also looks back on her career in entertainment, which began at age 15, saying that show business is easier now that she’s 32 and able to better “take stock of what’s happening.”
