Make a delicious Southern-style dinner of spicy gumbo and sweet cornbread

New Orleans chef Isaac Toups is in the TODAY kitchen to demonstrate a couple of his favorite authentic Southern recipes: spicy gumbo made with chicken and Andouille sausage, and sweet cornbread with sugar and honey. “This is kitchen napalm,” Toups warns about his simmering gumbo.
