London police treating car crash near Parliament as terror incident
A man in his late 20s used his vehicle to speed into a crowd of commuters outside Britain’s House of Parliament early Tuesday morning. Within minutes, police officers were at the scene where the man was arrested. Police are treating it as a terror attack, though they still can’t say if the incident was indeed terror-related.
