Limo crash: Driver did not have proper license, vehicle failed inspection
Police have launched a criminal investigation into the limousine crash in Schoharie, New York, that left 20 people dead. Authorities said the limo failed its most recent inspection and should not have been on the road, and the driver, who died in the crash, did not have the proper license to operate.
