Legal analyst: No conflict of interest in probe of Trump charity foundation


MSNBC chief legal correspondent Ari Melber says the inquiry into Donald Trump’s charitable foundation may make voters take “a second look” at it, but that it’s very unlikely anyone will go to jail because of it. He says that there is no evidence that New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has a conflict of interest in launching the investigation, even though he is a Hillary Clinton supporter.
