Lawmakers reach agreement on $2 trillion stimulus bill


In the middle of the night, lawmakers at last reached agreement on a $2 trillion bill to stimulate an economy brought to a standstill by the coronavirus outbreak, the largest emergency spending measure in U.S. history. Meanwhile, President Trump expressed his eagerness to ease coronavirus restrictions by Easter Sunday. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY from Rockville, Maryland.
