Baltimore has become the first major American city to ban sodas and other sugary drinks from children’s menus at restaurants. Under new rules now in effect, kids’ menus can only offer water, milk or 100-percent fruit juice, including flavored water without sweetener. However, the rule has a loophole: Children can still have sugary drinks if an accompanied adult orders it, TODAY’s Savannah Guthrie reports.July 19, 2018
