Kesha allowed to perform at Billboard Awards
00:29After singer and rapper Kesha’s record label originally barred her from appearing at the Billboard Awards, they have reversed their decision and will allow her to perform, on one condition: that she not use the appearance to comment on her bitter legal battle with producer Dr. Luke.
