NBC’s Kelly Cobiella was on a train into Belgium that was stopped after Tuesday morning’s apparent terror attacks, then completed her journey by car. In Brussels, she tells TODAY that the number of people injured in the subway explosion is now estimated to be 70. She says that the street she is reporting from has been blocked due to nervousness about a car, which is being investigated.March 22, 2016
