NBC’s Keir Simmons tells TODAY that Tuesday’s apparent attacks on Belgium should be seen as on “a continuum” with previous ones in Europe. He points to evidence linking suspects in the attacks and says there is “growing criticism” of European intelligence officials for failing to “connect the dots” between attacks.
