Pennsylvania judge Allen Sinclair has thrown out the most serious charges against 11 former Penn State fraternity brothers charged in the alleged hazing death of pledge Tim Piazza. The dismissed charges include involuntary manslaughter. The 19-year-old sophomore was fatally injured when he fell down some stairs during a night of heavy drinking.March 29, 2018
