As the 20th anniversary of the still-unsolved murder of child beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey approaches, her brother, 29-year-old Burke Ramsey, has spoken out to Dr. Phil McGraw about his sister’s murder. Dr. Phil tells TODAY’s Savannah Guthrie that Burke’s odd smile throughout the interview shows that he is “a very socially awkward young man” who is trying to “control the narrative” about his sister’s death.
