In a conference call with members of the Democratic National Committee Wednesday, vice president Joe Biden grappled aloud with the challenges of mounting a White House run while still in mourning for his late son Beau. Meanwhile, Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton said she should have used two different email servers for work and personal mail when she was secretary of state. NBC’s Kristin Welker reports.
