White House senior adviser Jared Kushner tells TODAY that peace deals brokered by President Trump between Israel and Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates are the “beginning of the end of the Israel-Arab conflict.” Regarding the president’s indoor rallies despite coronavirus concerns, he says “the president believes Americans can make their own decisions.” He also praises Trump’s leadership on the coronavirus, saying that “we’ve seen cases come down tremendously” and hailing progress on a vaccine. Kushner also talks about Bob Woodward’s new book “Rage,” claiming that Woodward “mischaracterizes” which Trump advisers Kushner was referring to as “overconfident idiots.”Sept. 15, 2020
