Jacksonville, North Carolina mayor: 60 rescued from inn collapse
Mayor Sammy Phillips of Jacksonville, North Carolina, joins TODAY by phone to give an update after more than 60 people, including an infant, were rescued Friday morning from a collapsing inn amid Hurricane Florence. He said those people have be transported to a center for public safety. Phillips also describes the conditions in the area, detailing harsh winds and reports of down trees.
