Iraqi forces closing in on ISIS-held Mosul; 200,000 could be displaced


A U.S. official in Iraq says when ISIS loses their hold on Mosul, it will put “a knife in the heart” of the terror group. Aid agencies say 200,000 people could be displaced once fighting reaches the city. NBC’s Richard Engel reports for TODAY from Erbil, Iraq.
