Iran declares national day of mourning in wake of deadly earthquake

At least 430 people were killed and more than 7,000 injured in Sunday’s magnitude 7.3 earthquake along the Iran-Iraq border. Iran declared Tuesday a national day of mourning. An estimated 70,000 are now homeless.
