Craig McCartt, deputy chief of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police, tells TODAY that the gunman who killed at least eight people at a FedEx facility “has not been positively identified.” He says people with non-fatal injuries in the shooting are stable and that the gunman “did not get very far inside that facility.”April 16, 2021
