Thomas Chapeau, commander of Task Force Parade in support of Wednesday’s inauguration ceremonies, tells TODAY’s Al Roker that, due to COVID-19 precautions, “we’ve got only 600 people participating as opposed to 10,000 normally.” Even so, he says that there will be representation from each of the military service components, and adds that the fife and drum corps will be a highlight.
