Hurricane Rosa weakens into tropical storm; Arizona, California still on watch
Tropical storm Rosa, previously a hurricane, has weakened. However, it’s leaving its mark on parts of Arizona, bringing powerful winds, heavy rain and flooding to the Yuma area. TODAY’s Craig Melvin reports on the parts of Arizona and California that are still under alert.
