Hurricane Matthew slams Caribbean, could devastate Haiti, Cuba


Hurricane Matthew, a category 4 storm and one of the strongest in years, is bearing down on Haiti and Jamaica. Evacuations are underway as forecasters say the impact could be catastrophic. The storm is expected to make landfall today. Overnight, torrential rain fell on Jamaica and Haiti and life-threatening flash floods and mudslides could soon be on the way.
