Hurricane Matthew pummels Florida with sustained winds of 100 mph


The eye of Hurricane Matthew is projected to be around 30 to 40 miles off Florida’s east coast and is forecasted to turn right near the Florida-Georgia line. The powerful storm is slamming parts of the state with sustained winds around 100 mph. NBC’s Ron Mott reports for TODAY from Daytona Beach.
