Hurricane Matthew brings price gouging from some hotels, gas stations


Some hotels, gas stations and merchants in Florida are raising their prices dramatically as the threat of Hurricane Matthew looms, preying on the most vulnerable residents. Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi says businesses are not allowed raise prices substantially during a state of emergency. TODAY national investigative correspondent Jeff Rossen reports from Orlando.
