A red tide, a red stain in normally aqua blue water, comes from a naturally occurring microorganism in the Gulf. It's leading to thousands of pounds of dead fish washing up on shore — and having a human health effect as well. NBC’s Sam Brock reports for TODAY.March 10, 2023
