Final numbers on the 2016 shopping season won’t be known for weeks, but holiday sales are expected to exceed $1 trillion, about a 4 percent increase over last year. Meanwhile, shoppers are flocking to stores on the day after Christmas to make returns. NBC’s Morgan Radford reports for TODAY.
