The world will be watching history unfold in Havana Friday as the U.S. flag rises over the American embassy in Cuba for the first time since 1961. Eight members of Congress and other dignitaries will attend the flag raising. NBC Nightly News anchor Lester Holt reports for TODAY from Havana.
