In Arkansas, the frightening moment a little girl tumbled out of a moving church van whose driver didn’t realize what had happened was captured on camera. Ryan Ciampoli, a licensed EMT who happened to be nearby, quickly took the 4-year-old out of the road. Now hailed as a hero, Ciampoli says he was at the right place at the right time, and the girl is expected to make a complete recovery. TODAY’s Hoda Kotb reports.April 24, 2017
