Guadalupe River could reach 32 feet above flood stage in Harvey’s wake

Even though Hurricane Harvey was downgraded to a tropical storm, officials estimate that the Guadalupe River flooding could be 32 feet above flood stage by Wednesday if rain keeps up as forecasted. Electricity is expected to be restored to some residents on Sunday, but there are water warnings after a power plant lost power. NBC’s Kerry Sanders reports for Sunday TODAY from Victoria, Texas.
