Going to bed earlier lowers risk of obesity for children

A new study finds that preschoolers who go to bed before 8 p.m. are less likely to become obese teenagers than children who go to bed later. The study did not explain why going to bed at 9 p.m. doubled the likelihood of obesity later in life. (Run time: 0:26)July 14, 2016
