Go behind the scenes of the Yankees’ Hope Week

03:57

TODAY’s Sheinelle Jones went behind the scenes with Yankees coaches and players as they worked to bring hope and encouragement to kids who’ve been bullied, including one girl who’s plea for acceptance went viral. The team also visited the FDNY where they joined a retired 87-year-old firefighter as he returned to his old firehouse, then stopped by a Harlem YMCA where a group called “Be Awesome to Somebody” provided free haircuts to the homeless and members of the local community.
