President Trump’s personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, says that he has not decided if he will cooperate with the House Intelligence Committee’s subpoena demanding that he turn over Ukraine-related documents by Oct. 15. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who was reportedly on the call at the center of the Ukraine scandal, has been asked to turn over documents as well. NBC’s Hallie Jackson reports for TODAY.
