The Girl Scouts filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Tuesday in New York after the Boy Scouts dropped the word “boy” from its programs and started welcoming girls to join. The Girl Scouts claimed the name will confuse communities into thinking they no longer exist or merged with the Boy Scouts.
