Ghislaine Maxwell was ‘like a capo’ for Jeffrey Epstein, journalist says

Brown, an investigative journalist for the Miami Herald whose reporting helped break the Jeffrey Epstein scandal open, tells TODAY that Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell “was hiding more from the media than anything else” when she was arrested by the FBI at a luxurious home in New Hampshire: “She probably never thought that they were going to arrest her.” She calls Maxwell a “key figure” in Epstein’s criminal organization.
