Georgia braces for impact as Irma heads north
In Albany, Georgia, some 80 miles north of the Florida border, everything is essentially shut down as Irma, now a tropical storm, heads north. NBC’s Garrett Haake reports that the real concern there is wind and power outages and says residents have been urged to stay off roads.
