During a town hall event with MSNBC’s Chris Matthews, Gary Johnson, the Libertarian Party nominee for president, struggled to name his favorite foreign leader – or any, for that matter. Massachusetts Gov. Bill Weld, the party’s vice presidential candidate, was alongside Johnson, and was able to “get him off the hook” by naming Germany’s Angela Merkel.
