Future of 2,000 migrant children in government custody still in limbo

Officials at the southern border say they’re averaging about 45 days to reunite migrant children who have been separated from their parents, but the Department of Health and Human Services says it’s “awaiting further guidance” on how to speed up the process. NBC’s Gabe Guiterrez reports from McAllen, Texas, where he learns more about the shelters where children are in custody and the parents who await a reunion.
