French presidential election nears days after deadly terror attack

The first round of the French presidential election begins Sunday as people in that country remain on edge after a terror attack at the Champs-Élysées left an officer dead. President Donald Trump tweeted that that attack will have a “big effect” at the ballot box. The pivotal election could decide the future of the Euro, European Union and NATO.
